The old 2BrightSparks web-store will be taken offline from 1st June 2017

2BrightSparks has been using eSellerate as our payment processor and web-store host since the inception of SyncBack V3 back in 2005. They have been a resourceful partner and supported us in our software sales for more than 10 years. However, due to eSellerate’s internal restructuring, we have since moved our web-store to FastSpring last year.

With the upcoming release of SyncBack V8, we will be officially switching off our old eSellerate web-store on 1st June 2017.

For customers who are still accessing our old store, please use our web-store link for all future purchases.

For existing customers who have purchased their license from our eSellerate store, rest assured that any previously purchased license at the old store will continue to be valid, although please note that we only provide support for current software versions.

If you have previously purchased from eSellerate and need to retrieve your old serial number, you can visit our Lost Serial Number page.

FastSpring TLS Update and Outdated Browser Auto-Notification

Since April 2017, our current web-store host, FastSpring, has stopped support for older browser connections that uses SHA-1, TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1. In other words, if you are using an older browser that does not use TLS 1.2 or higher, our web-store page will not be accessible from that browser.

Most modern browsers should not be affected by this change as it only applies to very old browsers. When accessing the 2BrightSparks web site, we will also automatically detect if you are using an old browser, and if so, warn you and provide details on how to upgrade your browser.

Again, if you are using most modern browsers, you should be able to access our store just fine.

You can visit Qualys SSL Labs to check if your browser supports the TLS 1.2 protocol.
