Alternatively, you can retrieve a lost serial yourself:

1. If you purchased the software on or after July 2016 then visit the Account Management web page to retrieve your serial numbers. You will need to enter the email address you used to purchase the software.
2. If you have any problems then you can contact us and we'll retrieve the serial number for you. Please provide as many details as possible, e.g. the email address used, your name (and company name, if applicable), purchase date, etc.:
