Price Changes - 1st June 2024

At 2BrightSparks, we are continually striving to provide exceptional value and enhance our software solutions to meet your evolving needs. We have maintained our pricing structure for over a decade, aiming to offer the best experience at a consistent cost. Our actions in this regard speak for themselves:

• Recently we introduced volume discounts starting at just 2 licenses instead of the previous starting point of 5 licenses.
• We have always provided a very generous licensing policy for home users who may use SyncBackSE/Pro on up to 5 devices for home use (not work-related).
• We've always provided discounts for educational and non-profit organizations, and continue to do so.
• When SyncBackPro V10 was released, the SyncBack Management System (SBMS) was made completely free for SyncBackPro V10 (and now V11) users.
• SyncBack Touch was made completely free for SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE users who are using V10 or V11.
• In February 2021, OnClick Utilities was made free for everyone.
• SyncBackFree is free to use for everyone and has been since 2003.
• In July 2023 we released SysLog Freeware, which is free to use for everyone.
• SyncBackSE last had a price increase in October 2014, and SyncBackPro in October 2011. To put that in context, 2BrightSparks itself was founded in 2004, which means we last raised prices over half the companies lifetime ago.

However, due to factors that include inflation and rising operational costs, we have had to apply a very slight increase to our pricing. This adjustment will apply to new software licenses and upgrades, effective 1st June 2024. This is our first price increase in more than 10 years, and we have made every effort to keep it as low as possible.

Please note, this change will not affect the current terms for existing customers unless you decide to upgrade your existing license. We believe in transparency and value your trust, which is why we are informing you in advance, providing you the opportunity to purchase additional licenses or upgrade your current ones at the current price before the changes take effect.

We understand that price adjustments may come with concerns. Please rest assured that this decision is aligned with our commitment to continually invest in the quality, security, and features of our software, ensuring we deliver solutions that significantly benefit your business.

• There is no change to Upgrade Assurance pricing.
• The cost for a new single license of SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE will rise by just US$5. Volume Discount percentages will remain unchanged.
• The cost for upgrading from old versions, or from SyncBackSE to SyncBackPro, will rise by US$10. Volume Discount percentages will remain unchanged.
