We are pleased to share with our readers two new articles this month on a guide for backup and data integrity:
Backup: Your Most Important Task
If you use a computer, it is critical to ensure your data is backed up. However, not everyone backs up their data regularly. This guide will explain why backup is important as well as all the essential information you need to know about backup.
Have you ever copied or backed up a file, only to later realize that the copied file was corrupted? Do you need a tool that can help check and verify if the file you backed up is copied correctly? Then you may find this article about data integrity useful.
Back in June 2017, we sent out a newsletter about Dropbox gradually moving to API Ver. 2. This is a reminder that Dropbox will be officially turning off their API Ver. 1 connection by Sept 28, 2017.
If you are still using Dropbox (Legacy) to connect to your Dropbox cloud service in SyncBackPro V7/8, please make the switch to the new Dropbox API Ver. 2.
We have an article that provides the instructions on how to switch.
If you have not done so already, pay us a visit at our Facebook page where we regularly post the latest news from the IT industry, ranging from PC hardware to virus related news like ransomware, etc. Remember to like our page when you visit us!
