There are three versions of our backup program: "SyncBackFree" which is freeware, and "SyncBackSE" and "SyncBackPro" which are commercial programs.

New Knowledge Base Articles at 2BrightSparks

SyncBack scheduled runs failing with Windows 10 Anniversary Update
If you have recently updated the Anniversary Update on Windows 10, your scheduled SyncBack backups may fail to run with the error: The requested operation requires elevation (0x800702E4). This article describes how to solve the issue.
"System cannot find the specified file" error when creating a schedule in SyncBack
If you receive the above-mentioned error message when creating a new schedule during SyncBack profile creation, please refer to this article to resolve the error.
