Click the burger menu at the top-left of the window
Click on Preferences in the drop-down menu
Click on Output debug information to enable (check) it
Only enable Flush the debug log if you have been asked to by support. Otherwise, leave Flush the debug log unchecked.
Click the burger menu again to close the Preferences menu (or press the Escape key)
Click the burger menu again to close the menu (or press the Escape key)
Select the profile by clicking on it
Right-click on the profile to display the pop-up menu. Select Run or Run (Unattended). Alternatively, press Cltr-R or Ctrl-W. You can also use the Run button at the bottom of the window.
If the profile was run Attended then it will eventually display the Differences window. If so, click on Continue Run at the bottom-right of the window.
Click the burger menu at the top-left of the window once the profile run has finished.
Click on Preferences in the drop-down menu
Click on Output debug information to disable (uncheck) it
Click the burger menu again to close the Preferences menu (or press the Escape key)
Click the burger menu again to close the menu (or press the Escape key)
Click on the Support tab at the top of the window
Click on the Technical Support Wizard button
Make sure The log file, The debug log file and The profile itself are selected
Is the correct profile selected?
Click the Create button
Click the OK button
Your default web browser will open onto the support site.
Attach the debug Zip file (which is on your desktop) to your support ticket and submit it.
All done!
