Windows 7 End-Of-Life (EOL)
Windows 7 was released way back in October 22, 2009. The specific end of support day for Windows 7 will be January 14, 2020. After that, technical assistance and software updates from Windows Update that help protect your PC will no longer be available for the product.
The minimum supported version of Windows, for use with SyncBack V9, is Windows Vista (on the desktop) and Windows Server 2008 (for SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE on server versions of Windows).
There are no plans, at this time, to drop support for Windows Vista or Windows 7 with SyncBack V9. However, we rely on a number of 3rd party systems, services and components, who may decide to drop support for Windows Vista (or Windows 7) in future.
